• In General. LeaseRunner sells Services; LeaseRunner does not sell Collected Information. LeaseRunner acknowledges that some Collected Information is sensitive, such as Consumer Report Data and Billing Information. LeaseRunner discloses Consumer Report Data to only the prospective landlord and the prospective landlord's authorized users. LeaseRunner discloses Billing Information to only the financial institutions involved in a payment transaction.

There may be situations when Collected Information (including sensitive information) may be disclosed more broadly than described in LeaseRunner’s normal business disclosures above. These situations include but are not limited to your violation of LeaseRunner’s Terms of Use Agreement, the disclosure is part of a law enforcement investigation or required by law, the disclosure is necessary for a legitimate reasonable business purpose, or you give LeaseRunner permission.
• Mobile Messaging. LeaseRunner does not share mobile numbers. Mobile messaging is used only for authentication and only when requested by the you. Message and data rates may apply.
